Missing shard/shiven_005.pk3 when connecting

Type

/cl_allowdownload 1

into the console to allow downloads of additional .pk3 files.

Make sure that your Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory directory is writable.

Or download shiven_005.pk3 directly from our server and save it in your shard directory.
